Sony CFD 560 Boombox Big CD FM AM EQ Stereo Digital 90s Vtg Buy Repaired Goods! It sounds great, has great bass and reception. Very great all in one way to have a continuously playing radio with separated large audio, by comparison to the single located audio of most devices nowadays. As a bonus the CD player isn't terrible, it is a Sony that doesn't feed out a tray which makes it more durable and still works after all this time which is a testament to the style, however the discs tend to be a bit floaty in these are prone to skip & even scratch with the volume way up, so you might want to run a copy of your original if you're going to play CDs loudly without detaching the speakers. A whole lot more repairable than the stuff that came afterward being more compact and only workable by machines. Very similar era of circuitry to the PlayStation 1. Condition; CD Play button is crooked but works & was repaired. New Antenna repaired, works great. Speaker plug was re-soldered & coated works well. The battery compartment is super clean and batteries have never leaked in it. Comes with a nice replacement A/C cord. Speaker grilles dents were made less deep, although there are still about 4-5 dents on the grilles (Grille welded tight to the plastic so about as good as can be done from the back side). Paint on the grilles has been touched up (not a perfect match but decent looking). The cassette deck suspected both of them have broken rubber bands. It plays my cassettes for about 5 seconds and then the reel starts to pile up the tape, which tells me only part of it is rotating. There is a mark on top of one of the speakers I believe some one left a non slip drawer liner material on top of the stereo for awhile and it fused to it, it's not that noticeable (same color, black).
